The CEOE Written Exam is the first of four stages that is intended to measure the applicants' aptitude and competence, and to predict their job performance. It is a 200-item test that covers questions on verbal, analytical and managerial ability. This is a very tough exam that out of the 3,120 examinees nationwide, only 375 passed the test. At the same time, only 65 out of the 166 examinees passed the Supplemental Written Exam (SWE). The SWE is given those examinees who failed in one competency area but has met the aggregate cutoff score determined by the Civil Service Commission.
MSA has been conducting preparation courses for the Career Executive Review since 2002 to different government offices such as the Philippine National Police, Landbank, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, National Transmission Corporation and National Power Corporation.
